Why did my Reward Zone Status, or XP amount decrease?

You achieve higher Player Status by completing ZEN Quests available in your ZEN.COM app. Completing each Quest grants you Experience Points (XP), which are used to achieve Statuses.

Your Status is valid for the current and next calendar year. It means that, e.g., Expert status achieved in 2025 is valid until 31.12.2026.

Your XP are reset at the beginning of each calendar year. This means that in a given calendar year, you collect XP to obtain the status that will be valid until the end of the next calendar year.
